High Lunge, variation
From mountain pose step your left foot back, staying high on the ball of the left foot. Keep your front knee aligned directly over the right knee, and your back leg strong and straight. Keep your tailbone neutral and lower abdomen pulled in. Reach your arms to the sky firmly. Stay for a few breaths. Repeat on other side.
