For the weekend (you choose which day) try some meditation.
Meditation is highly effective in clearing out mind clutter as well as energetic clutter. Meditation has been linked to lowering blood pressure, helping with anxiety and depression just to name a few. Meditation allows you to function at your most efficient level. It also increases your intuitive development and your consciousness.
