We had so much fun with our first mini challenge, I thought I’d keep it going by starting a MONTH long yoga challenge!! AHH! So fun! This time around, each week will be focusing on a specific topic. With meditation on the weekends. You know we HAD to make up a fun hashtag so we can see your beautiful yogi selves! This time, the hashtag is #YOGAalltheWAY !!!! Get ready, Christmas is on it’s way!
This week our yoga will be focusing on aiding in digestion, which is perfect after Thanksgiving.
Your 1st pose this challenge is..
Standing Forward Bend
Begin with feet hip distance apart and inhale to raise arms up. Slowly, lower your arms while exhaling and bend at the hips to come forward. Tuck chin in toward chest and lengthen head towards the floor. You may bend your knees if you find it more comfortable. Hold for 5-7 breaths.
