Kelly introduced me to the idea of cooking for an entire month and freezing everything. My mind was seriously blown! I had thought of cooking a week in advance but an entire month?! Brilliant. I always have the issue of produce going bad because I don’t eat it in time and so this idea seemed perfect to me. Not to mention how unhealthy I eat sometimes just simply because I need the convenience of something quick. Here’s some images from our cooking/shopping day.
